Vointi effect
Vointi is a chest-found gear effect that changes its damage bonus with your current health. At full health, it provides approximately +40% M1 damage and +40% critical damage.
Its benefit declines as your health falls. Near death, Vointi instead applies roughly -25% M1 damage and -40% critical damage. It is therefore strongest while you can stay healthy and becomes a significant downside at low health.

Using Vointi
Vointi favors fights where you can maintain high health. The health-based scaling means its damage gain is not constant: take damage, and both the M1 and critical-damage bonus weaken; at very low health, both become penalties.
Because it is only found in chests, obtaining Vointi depends on finding chest loot rather than another listed acquisition method.
