Heavenly Ribcage effect
The Heavenly Ribcage is a Volume 1 Artifact that grants 6 exo-ribs. While you are holding block or a mana shield, an exo-rib prevents a guardbreak move from breaking your block.
Each negated guardbreak consumes 1 exo-rib. One exo-rib regenerates every 25 seconds, so the artifact’s protection is limited by the number of ribs currently available.
Negating a guardbreak with an exo-rib does not put you into combat. With all six ribs available, you can negate up to six guardbreaks before needing to wait for regeneration.
How to obtain the Heavenly Ribcage
Complete the following steps:
- Find all 6 ribcage fragments around the map.
- Craft the Heavenly Ribcage at the blacksmith.
- Pop, or use, the crafted Heavenly Ribcage. Using it knocks your character down.
- Get block broken 1,000–2,000 times. You do not have to be at 1 life for this part.
- Become 1 life.
- Go to the tower in the desert and talk to the runes.
- Interact with the telescope to finish the obtainment process.

Gear interaction
Rogueblox characters can equip one weapon at a time, may carry multiple weapons, and cannot swap weapons during combat. The Heavenly Ribcage’s guardbreak protection is separate from weapon swapping: it activates when you are holding block or a mana shield and a guardbreak move would otherwise break your block.
