Obtaining Richard's Wrench
Richard's Wrench is obtained by helping Bob while completing Richard's quest. You must have at least 20 Orderly to receive it.
- Begin and progress through Richard's quest.
- Help Bob during the quest.
- Make sure your Orderly value is at least 20.
- Receive Richard's Wrench when the quest condition is completed.
