Blossoming effects
Blossoming is associated with the Jade gem. Its attacks apply Flower Stacks to the enemy.

Using Blossoming
Build Flower Stacks through attacks, with critical attacks providing the reliable way to apply them. Every stack makes the affected enemy take an additional 3 incoming PEN, so five stacks represent both the maximum listed stack threshold and the point at which Poison is inflicted.
The reported Vines application has no confirmed function. It may resemble the effect of a Vine relic, but this has not been established.
Weapon considerations
Blossoming applies through attacks made with an equipped weapon. Characters can carry multiple weapons, but only equip one at a time and cannot swap weapons during combat. Choose the weapon you intend to use before entering a fight if you want to build and maintain Blossoming's Flower Stack pressure.
