Haemophilic effect
Haemophilic is a weapon enchantment associated with the Andesine gem. It can inflict bleeding when you attack:
- M1 attacks have a chance to apply bleed.
- Critical attacks are guaranteed to apply bleed.
- Bleed inflicted by the user deals 20% more damage.

Proc cooldown
The bleed proc from M1s and the guaranteed proc from criticals share a cooldown. In practice, an M1-triggered bleed can prevent a critical from immediately triggering its own bleed proc, and vice versa.
Because of this shared cooldown, do not treat each hit type as having an independent bleed trigger.
Weapon use
Haemophilic applies to a weapon, so plan around the weapon you have equipped. Characters can carry multiple weapons, but only equip one at a time and cannot swap weapons during combat. See the Rogueblox Gear hub for the broader weapon system.
