Overview
Overseer is a Volume 2 artifact in Rogueblox. It grants two skills—Observe and The All Seeing Eye—and replaces the user's head with the Seeker Eye.

Skills
Observe
Observe lets the player spectate any player. This is useful when you need to view another player's perspective rather than remain limited to your own.
The All Seeing Eye
The All Seeing Eye lets the player place an eye marker. After placing it, the player can look through the marker and teleport to it.
The skill therefore has two linked functions:
- Place an eye marker at the intended location.
- View through that marker.
- Teleport to the placed marker.
Seeker Eye replacement
Using Overseer replaces the character's head with the Seeker Eye. This visual change is part of the artifact's effect alongside its two granted skills.
