Ashing effect
Ashing is a gear effect associated with the Obsidian gem. It applies Ash to targets hit by attacks.

Using Ashing
Ashing is most useful when you can connect regular M1s or a Critical attack, since both are listed as guaranteed Ash applications. Once Ash is applied, the affected target charges mana at half of its usual rate.
