Rogueblox Hybrid Classes Guide
How Hybrid Classes work
A Hybrid Class is created by progressing two Super Classes at the same time. Rather than continuing along a single Super Class path, the character becomes a Hybrid and receives the combined benefits and drawbacks of both chosen Supers.
This makes the Hybrid route a tradeoff: it combines two Super Class packages, including their disadvantages, instead of focusing on one progression path.
The Ultra restriction
Hybrids cannot become Ultras through normal progression. Choose the two-Super route only if you want the combined effects of both Super Classes and accept giving up standard Ultra advancement.
| Hybrid characteristic | Effect |
|---|---|
| Creation | Progress two Super Classes at once |
| Benefits | Gains benefits from both Super Classes |
| Drawbacks | Also gains drawbacks from both Super Classes |
| Ultra progression | Hybrids cannot become Ultras |
Ultra Hybrids
There is currently one known Ultra Hybrid Class in the game. This is an exception to the normal rule that Hybrid Classes cannot become Ultras; the available information does not identify the class or explain its requirements.
Choosing between a Hybrid and a single path
A Hybrid is appropriate when you specifically want two Super Class sets of strengths and are willing to carry both sets of weaknesses. If reaching an Ultra is your priority, do not assume a Hybrid will lead there, since Hybrid progression is normally barred from becoming an Ultra.
For the broader class path structure, see the class progression and class-tree notation guides before committing to two Super Classes.
